Every visit produces a report that is timestamped and photographed, delivered within twelve hours.
Escalation
Anything abnormal is reported by telephone, not left for the written report.

Lee will walk your property with you for about forty-five minutes. He will look at your systems, your settings and your shut-offs, and tell you plainly what he sees. There is no charge and no obligation.
