Our Estate & Probate Oversight keeps estate real property inspected, maintained and accounted for, with a chain-of-custody log of every person who enters. We act only on clear written authority, take no position between beneficiaries, and provide the same record to whoever holds that authority. For families whose parents still live independently here, In Residence handles the household logistics — strictly no personal or medical care.
We are a vetted local answer for clients with residences in Boca Raton, Highland Beach, Delray Beach and Gulf Stream. For larger households we work alongside existing staff and managers, adding the documented inspection layer and a single point of coordination.
For vacant listings, Listing Oversight provides weekly documented inspections and post-showing verification, with reports sent to you and your seller. For buyers who will not live here full time, we are a natural introduction at closing. A flat fee for services, nothing contingent on any sale.
