The systematic, documented care of a residence by a firm with no financial interest in anything it recommends. We inspect to a published protocol, record every visit, and coordinate licensed professionals when they are needed.

Lee will walk your residence with you for about forty-five minutes, look at your systems, settings and shut-offs, and tell you plainly what he sees. No charge, no obligation.
