Lee Stockdale Lautenschlaeger
Managing Partner
Lee was raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, and has made South Florida his home for more than twenty years.
For two decades he was a Senior Chemist in Quality Assurance and FDA Compliance at Teva Pharmaceuticals, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers. His work was to write the procedures others relied on, and to verify, in writing, that they were followed. Procedures and guidelines he developed were recognised by the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Encyclopedia.
Lee brings that discipline to every residence in our care. He personally walks every new property, and he reviews every report before it reaches a client.
He is also the person you will want in your home: patient, straightforward, and quietly meticulous. He will tell you what he sees, including when he thinks you do not need us.
Anna Stockdale Lautenschlaeger
Partner
Anna leads the firm's strategy, relationships and standards of client experience. An economist by training, she holds a PhD in Economics and an MBA, taught at the University of London, and has built and led a services firm since 2011. Having lived in seventeen countries before settling in Florida, she knows what it is to leave a home in someone else's care.
At home
We share our home with three rescue cats, Maia, Maui and Marshmallow, and a rescue dog, Bella. Lee's 1968 Mustang lives in the garage and gets more attention than it strictly needs.
When we travel, we think about the same things our clients do: the air conditioning in August, the storm that turns north, the animals we leave in someone else's hands. That is why every standard on this site exists.
In the community
We serve as hands-on programme facilitators and fundraisers for Tomorrow's Rainbow, and we support Good Karma Pet Rescue, where our own family began.
