For estates and collections. Engagements accepted by introduction. Some residences ask for more than a standard engagement can give: larger estates with household staff, several vendors and a family office in the loop, or collections of vehicles that deserve a proper record of their own.
We accept a small number of these engagements each year, by introduction from clients and advisors. Each is designed around the property, with a protocol written for it and escalation authority agreed in writing.
Oversight to an extended protocol written for the individual property. Household staff and vendor coordination. Guest arrival and departure preparation. Renovation observation with a photographic record. A written monthly brief, a quarterly review, and an annual documentation file prepared for the household's advisors.
For vehicles that sit. Battery and tender management, tyres, fluids, rodent checks, cover condition and ambient humidity, with every vehicle photographed at every visit. Exercise drives only with written permission. Coordination with your specialists, and a chronological provenance file that brings every record into one place.
We do not repair vehicles, and we do not buy, sell, broker or consign them.
